PROCESS STUDIES & TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER

  • We shall do technology transfer at any stage of the product life cycle either from development, scale up or manufacturing.

  • We have a system in place with documentation and expertise to transfer the process efficiently. 

  • We will provide the plan with highlighting the critical element and the quality aspect of the project. 

  • We analyze and provide the report on technical gap and the regulatory gap.

  • We encompass the stakeholders from the donor and the recipient's side 

  • Our basis for the technology transfer is WHO guidelines.

Keeping accounts

DOCUMENT PREPARATION

  • We shall provide project documents such as project quality plan, safety plan, financial plan and project schedule.

  • For equipment related documents such as User Requirement Specification, design qualification, hardware & software design specification, installation & operational qualification test protocols, system impact assessment.

  • P&ID, general arrangement drawing, isometrics drawing, layouts, other 2D drawings, components list and operating manual shall be drafted according to the client requirements.

SOURCING AND SUPPLY OF RESOURCES

  • We do provide resource planning (based on discipline, activity, duration, work load and holidays) with the proactive approach that will facilitate smooth progress throughout the project.

  • We bring in the skilled resource with the right academics  and the right experience. 

  • We do research management with the required administrative task.

  • We shall engage or dismantle the resource in a timely manner. 

  • We do provide backend expertise support for the resource deployed  on site depending on the client requirement.

EQUIPMENT SELECTION, SIZING, SOURCING & PROCUREMENT 

  • We offer a sizing, selection, sourcing and procurement  of  comprehensive range of required equipment and industry usage accessories, from single-use bags to stainless steel vessels to  meet industry and tailored to fit our clients' specific needs.

  • We will provide procurement plan with staggered approach for long lead and short lead item. We will prioritize procurement based on the critical path in your project schedule. 

  • We shall offer technical and commercial bid analysis.

  • We do Vendor evaluation focusing on quality, safety, technical and financial capabilities.

COST - BUDGETING & ESTIMATING

  • Project costing and calculation are essential components of successful project.

  • With the strong undercurrent knowledge and technical expertise, we should be able to identify the scope required and provide the costing with given boundary in a  detailed manner.

  • We do understand the scope missing leads to project delay or cost increase than estimated. We do provide a detailed bottom up cost estimate for each of the scope identified.

  • Cost estimate report with utmost transparency what we provide will avoid financial overrun during the project lifecycle.

  • Depending on the stage of the project we do provide OOM cost, refined cost estimate and cost budgeting.

  • We offer cost distribution studies prioritizing  the investment across various disciplines. 

  • It involves estimating the total expenses required to complete a project, from initial land acquisition to the final handover of the project.

INSTALLATION

  • We shall provide installation services either at fabrication site or  at the client site or both.

  • We will provide recommendation in using the right tools and right guidelines.

  • All testing of the equipment, both at the factory and at the site, will be carried out rigorously. 

  • We shall provide the prioritized testing plan depending on the fabrication site situations.

  • We shall identify the design flaws  and recommend the solution keeping the path and timeline in balance. 

  • If need, we will provide the dismantling and assembly plan. 

  • Of course safety and satisfaction are our highest priorities.

PROJECT MONITORING AND CONTROLLING

  • With strong technical expertise mechanisms in place to identify the gaps for efficient monitoring. 

  • From the start to the end of the project monitoring will be done by observation, inspection,  surveys, audits at different stages of projects as per needs.

  • We will update the stakeholders with the reports (status, stocks, scope, cost & timeline changes) at regular intervals 

  • With the configuration management plan, we should be able to track and control the project effectively. 

  • As part of controlling, we  should be able to provide the recommendations to bring the project on track if it goes out of control.
